Meterial received at the site & checking with the packing list. Intimate to the customer in case of any defeciency
Hosting of GSM / CDMA antennae as per TND/RND
Clamping & routing of RF cables from shelter to antennae
Grounding the antennae & RF cables at appropriate place
Ensuting the sharp bend on RF cables
Fixing EGB
Weather proofing
Fixing EMPS / Surge arrestors along with connectrization at Shelters

Grouting the BTS
Extending, Power Cables, E1 Cables, Grounding Cables to BTS
Fixing IGB & extending grounding to all peripheral equipments
Fixing DDF
Installation of indoor Jumpers
Checking BSWR
Commisioning the equipment as per defined procedure
Power mesurement
Fixing transmmision rack if requireds in both ends
Instalation & commisioning IDUS in shelters
Proper allignment of MW antennaes
Acceptance Test
Installation of DCDB & extention power to the equipment
BER test if required
